This assessment-only single use course consists of six quizzes and one 90 minute final exam. This course can be used to determine the level of classification experience of an individual, or used as a method of certification for individuals to handle classification within an organization. This course can also be used as a benchmark to determine the level of effectiveness for future training efforts.
Please note: Students taking this course must have prior classification training or experience.
Assessment 1 and 2 are Level 1 questions consisting of classification applicable to the first General Rule of Interpretation, named articles.

Assessments 3 and 4 consist of Level 2 questions. These include named articles and items that require reading notes, those with Special Program Indicators such as for trade agreements or those with associated document and information requirements (i.e. footwear, chemicals, steel, textiles), as well as classifications applicable to General Rule of Interpretation 2 and 3.
